Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using Forloy's digital loyalty platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Forloy provides a platform that enables businesses to create and manage digital loyalty cards for Apple Wallet and Google Wallet. Our Service includes tools for designing passes, managing customer relationships, sending push notifications, and analyzing engagement metrics.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your password and accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
• Distribute malware, spam, or other harmful content through the platform
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
• Use the Service to infringe upon the intellectual property rights of others

Subscription and Billing

Some features of the Service require a paid subscription. By subscribing, you agree to pay the applicable fees. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.

Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Forloy Technologies, LLC and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload to the Service (logos, branding assets, etc.). By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forloy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
